We offer standard shipping across all Canadian provinces via Canada Post and FedEx. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please note that shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut may incur additional lead times.

What is your return policy for home goods?

Unused and unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of purchase with a valid receipt. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened bedding, towels, or personal care products unless they are defective.

How do I care for my MUJI linen and cotton bedding?

To maintain the quality of our natural fibers, we recommend machine washing in cold water with a neutral detergent. Avoid using bleach or optical brighteners, and tumble dry on low heat or line dry to prevent excessive shrinkage.

Do you offer assembly services for furniture?

Currently, MUJI Canada does not provide in-home assembly services. Most of our furniture pieces are designed for simple self-assembly and include detailed instruction manuals and necessary tools within the packaging.

Can I use MUJI essential oils in non-MUJI diffusers?

While our 100% pure essential oils are compatible with most ultrasonic diffusers, we recommend using them with MUJI Ultrasonic Diffusers to ensure optimal mist output and to prevent clogging or damage to the device's components.
